Order & Shopping Policy
Our nursery is closed to the public—all orders must be placed online.
We currently offer U.S. domestic shipping only (no international orders).
Bulk Orders: For events, gifts, or large garden projects, please contact us to discuss special pricing and availability.
Shipping & Delivery
No free shipping is available for Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska.
A photo of your plant will be captured at the time of order and can be sent to you before shipping upon request.
We offer delivery services for large plants and terrariums within the San Francisco Bay Area—direct to your doorstep.
Damaged or Lost Packages Policy
If your package arrives damaged, immediately take photos of the plant and packaging. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
If the item is damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If you change your mind and wish to return the plant for any reason, you may do so as long as it is in its original shape and condition—you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order at no cost before it ships.
Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee
At Plant Palace Nursery, we stand by our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Items must be returned in their original condition within 10 days of delivery.
Please indicate the reason for return or exchange when submitting your request.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
Plant Care Disclaimer
Plant care after arrival is the buyer’s responsibility. While we provide healthy, thriving plants, proper care (watering, sunlight, and repotting if necessary) is essential to their continued growth.
