Return Policy

At Plant Palace Nursery, we take pride in offering healthy, high-quality plants and thoughtfully crafted products. Because plants are living items, our return policy is designed to be fair while protecting the health and integrity of our products.
Live Plants
All live plant sales are final. We do offer a 7-day plant health guarantee beginning on the delivery date. If your plant arrives damaged or declines within 7 days despite proper care, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing plantpalace.jenn@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the plant and its packaging. Approved claims may qualify for store credit, a replacement, or personalized care guidance at our discretion.
Our plant health guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper watering, lighting, or general care. It also does not apply to transplant or acclimation shock, weather exposure such as heat, cold, frost, or wind, pest issues that occur after delivery, or normal natural variation between plants.
Non-Plant Items
Non-plant items such as pots, décor, and supplies may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include proof of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Clearance items and gift cards are final sale.
Shipping Policy

Plant Palace Nursery currently ships within the United States only and does not offer international shipping.
Orders are typically processed within 48 to 72 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days, although delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 before tax. Orders under $50 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.
