What if my plant arrives damaged?

Do you guarantee live plants?
Yes — we offer a 7-day plant health guarantee from the delivery date. Eligible claims may receive store credit, a replacement, or care guidance.
Can I return plants?
No. Live plants are final sale.
Can I return non-plant items?
Yes — non-plant items such as pots, décor, and supplies may be returned within 14 days if unused and in their original condition.
Will my plant look exactly like the photo?
Plants are living items and will naturally vary in size, shape, and appearance.
