At Plant Palace Nursery, we take pride in offering healthy, high-quality plants and thoughtfully crafted products. Because plants are living items, we handle returns carefully and fairly.

Live Plants

All live plant sales are final.

We offer a 7-day plant health guarantee from the delivery date.

If a plant arrives damaged or fails within 7 days despite proper care, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Order number

Clear photos of the plant and packaging

Eligible claims may receive store credit, replacement, or care guidance at our discretion.

The guarantee does not cover:

Improper watering, lighting, or care

Transplant or acclimation shock

Weather exposure (heat, cold, frost, wind)

Pest issues occurring after delivery

Normal natural variation

Non-Plant Items

Non-plant items (pots, décor, supplies) may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Clearance items and gift cards are final sale.
