Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available for select orders. Pickup details will be arranged after purchase or through direct message.
Do you ship plants?
Yes! We currently ship within the United States. Plants are packaged carefully to help ensure they arrive safely and comfortably.
How are plants packaged for shipping?
Plants are wrapped and cushioned with care using protective packaging materials. Depending on the plant and weather conditions, some plants may be shipped bare root or in nursery pots.
Will my plant look exactly like the photo?
Each plant is unique, so slight variations in size, shape, and variegation are natural. We always aim to send healthy, beautiful plants that closely resemble the listing photos.
What should I do when my plant arrives?
Unpack your plant gently and allow it time to acclimate to its new environment. Some minor stress from shipping is normal, especially during temperature changes.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Because plants are living things, we typically do not accept returns. If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of deliver with clear photos so we can help make it right.
Are your plants rooted?
Most listings will specify whether a plant is rooted, established, or a fresh propagation. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out before purchasing.
How often do you restock?
New plants and propagations are added regularly. Follow along on Instagram or subscribe to emails for updates on restocks and new releases.
